Artaaj was commissioned to organise the Manchester Business School graduation second time in a row. The graduation was held at the Godolphin Ballroom at Emirates Towers. Sheikh Nahyan Al Mubarak presided over the proceedings.
Artaaj managed the end to end production from stage design and sound & light management to creative branding and directional signage. Branded flags greeted guests as they entered. Photography area with photo frame souvenirs was arranged for the students. Layout planning charts assisted guests and graduates with seating arrangements. A children’s area was created to keep kids entertained.
Later in the evening a gala dinner was also planned and organized for MBS Alumni.
