Artaaj was commissioned to organize a destination event for Henkel Jebel Ali FZ in Muscat, Oman. For the Annual Partners Meeting conference, Artaaj organized event elements from conference technicals, sound, light and AV, rehearsals in advance, registration and name cards to providing the selected entertainment act of musicians for the lunch and vocalists for the conference closer act. A treasure hunt was organized which gave the participants an opportunity to visit popular sites at in Muscat city – the most fastest team and the most efficient team won the hunt. Dinner was organized at the outdoor location of the hotel with mountains in the backdrop. Special architecture lighting brought a beautiful mood to the venue. The entertainment for the evening was a mix of Omani talent as well as talent specially flown in from Dubai.
