When Abu Dhabi Ports Company wanted to take their fast-developing Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (known by the acronym KIZAD) to the world, they chose Artaaj to orchestrate its road shows in the commercial nerve centres of the globe. KIZAD was to be projected as the latest and largest industrial hotspot setting new paradigms in infrastructure and support facilities. The Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030 aims to achieve effective economic transformation of the Emirate’s economic base and bring about global integration and enduring benefits to all by attracting world-class companies, and to establish international industry best practices throughout the zone.
The first three of the road shows took place in India (Mumbai), South Korea (Seoul), and China (Tianjin) between 25 May 2011 and 3 June 2011. Providing complete pre-event and on-site event support, Artaaj worked in close association with the KIZAD team led by Mr. Khaled Salmeen Al Kawari, Executive Vice President of Industrial Zones, ADPC to successfully plan, design, and deliver the event in all three destinations. Apart from seamless venue management, Artaaj coordinated the entire logistics including for a high-tech, scaled display unit, thus enabling the client reach out to the target.
The road shows will recommence in September, moving to USA (Washington and Chicago), UK (London) and Germany (Munich and Hamburg).
