Artaaj was commissioned by Community Development Authority to organize their National Day celebrations for their employees. Artaaj organized a turn-key project from planning stage, branding, flags and sound production to children’s activity area, mascots, AV requirements and ‘areesh barasti’ backdrops.
The seating setup consisted specially chosen garden furniture and was supplemented with banquet chairs. Sound system was beefed up for an outdoor event. Children’s art activity included colouring templates produced specially for National Day.
To accommodate the additional electricity requirement, gensets were organized by Artaaj on-site.
Artaaj managed the program agenda as planned by client and guests had a truly enjoyable National Day Celebration.
