Last week, Artaaj Events organized an Iftar for Cirrus Developments to launch their second offering, The Vantage. Artaaj coordinated the entire event handling the décor, branding, sound and light production, the beautiful hostesses in their flowing dresses and the Iftar buffet as well as the suhour canapés. The branding flowed through the event from the gobos above the conference centre entrance, branded moonlights on the red carpet, ceiling banners around the ballroom, to 8m long room dividers.
The event had an enthusiastic turnout with more than double the expected numbers attending! Guests were entertained on arrival by a traditional oudh player, after which, an Arabic band took over on the terrace. The terrace had been transformed into a trendy lounge using white leather sofas intermingled with custom made bean bags for the guests to enjoy sheeshas under the stars.
