Artaaj was commissioned by Exeed, a company in the construction industry, to manage their exhibition stand at the Big 5 International Building and Construction Show.
Prior to the show, working against a tight deadline, we organized a professional photo shoot at the manufacturing units of Exeed and its subsidiary companies. Selected photographs were then compiled into an animated Flash sting to be displayed at the stand.
The client also required giveaways for which we provided branded USB’s in tin boxes finished neatly with a red ribbon. Fine branded chocolates, specially designed floral arrangements and coffee served in branded cups added a luxurious touch to the stand.
Trained hostesses in uniforms designed in corporate colors greeted guests at the stand. Event photography on the day was also organized.
