Artaaj recently managed the launch of Nokia Siemens Networks’ new offices which are spread over 6074 square meters at the ‘Dubai Office Park’ building in Dubai Internet City (DIC), the region’s largest managed ICT cluster and a member of TECOM Investments. Based on a unique ‘Modern Office’ concept, the new office focuses on innovative workspace design to support networking, mobility and team interaction.
Guests were given a “purple carpet” welcome as they entered, and met by uniformed hostesses in crisp white suits who registered and escorted them to the staging area where the premises were inaugurated by an official DIC ribbon cutting followed by speeches from Nokia Siemens Networks representatives.
Providing Nokia Siemens Networks with total event support on site, Artaaj handled all the details of the event, providing stage set up complete with a backdrop and audio visual solutions, florals & branding, hostesses and traditional Arabian entertainment – a classical Oudh player. The Artaaj creative team also provided designs for all the branding which included smart poster boards, a welcome banner, a suspended building banner, badges, stage backdrop and podium.
